The rooms were excellent and staff fabulous. There was traffic noise, even on the 9th floor. Next time we will book a room away from the street.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were all very lovely. As a guest of the hotel, I was also given complimentary entry to a paid event that was happening in the bar area, which was a really nice touch.

The property is a great location, I have stayed 3 times for the last 3 years , but as I chose to book with booking .com and not direct with the Sofitel , I was not treated the same ! I was put in a dog friendly room which stank of urine , I asked to be moved which was excepted , but usually we are given , spring water , slippers and bath robes , when I rang through reception they said the privilege was for floor 6 and above , we were on floor 5 even though we booked a luxury Hollywood hill view room and paid a premium price of over $500 which was equal to there room charge but as I booked through bookings . Com we were not treated the same , shame Sofitel we will not be staying next year !
Good staff reception. Good accommodations and lounge and restaurant on site. Close to Beverly Center Mall for shoppers.

Very nice staff, super friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to TIM at the reception. Bar / Resto / Roomservice really nice guys. New lobby, nice looking bar, live-shows two times a week for free.
